What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode if you give it, the best time to call, your answers about the piece or service, and any photos you add. The website removes location data from photos when they are uploaded.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete them. Photos added to an enquiry that is never sent are deleted automatically within a day.
